Accredited Qualifications Information relation to UK accredited Qualifications and how they fit overall into the UK system.
Ofqual To maintain standards and confidence in qualifications. We look after GCSEs and A levels in England, and a wide range of vocational qualifications both in England and Northern Ireland. We also regulate the National Curriculum Assessments in England.
Ofsted Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. We report directly to Parliament and we are independent and impartial. We inspect and regulate services which care for children and young people, and those providing education and skills for learners of all ages.
Sector Skills Councils (SSCs) Sector Skills Councils (SSCs) are independent, employer-led, UK-wide organisations. The SSCs and the UK Commission are committed to working in partnership across the four nations to create the conditions for increased employer investment in skills which will drive enterprise and create jobs and sustainable economic growth. They share a belief that the sectoral approach is the most effective way to do this.
The Register of Regulated Qualifications The Register of Regulated Qualifications contains details of Recognised Awarding Organisations and Regulated Qualifications in England (Ofqual), Wales (Welsh Government) and Northern Ireland (Ofqual for vocational qualifications and CCEA Accreditation for all other qualifications).

Libraries

CMI Management library The CMI Management Library has one of the largest collections of management literature in the UK. Our collection of over 17,000 books includes many student textbooks, loan copies of the Pathways workbooks and a growing collection of e-books. You will also find all the recent entries to the CMI Management Book of the Year, which represent the best in current management thinking from many of the major book publishers in the UK.

Postal Loan Service
We offer a postal loan service to members in the UK. We do not charge for book loans – you simply have to pay your return postal charges. Search the library database below and use the request button or the basket to request books for loan. CMI members may borrow up to six books at a time and they can be sent to either a home or a work address.

The British Library Provides information relating to services, and allows for access to the library catalogue.
