ET&C’s Accreditation and Validation services are designed to work in conjunction with your existing in-house training provision. These processes add another level of quality and rigger to your training provision, as well as providing additional benefits: enhanced credibility; improved quality control; improved productivity and performance; maximised employee effectiveness, and more. ET&C’s Accreditation of In-house Training for companies works by utilizing your existing management and leadership training programmes and undertaking a full review of the processes and learning outcomes for each element. Working in conjunction with CMI, this is mapped against the National Occupational Standards for Management and Leadership.
Once your training programme has successfully achieved accreditation, in-line with the National Occupational Standards, qualifying participants will receive a “Recognised Centre Management Development Programme” certificate, endorsed by CMI and ET&C. Furthermore, each participant who completes the training successfully will also be given a free membership to CMI for one year.
Upon successful completion of the Accreditation service, ET&C will offer successful participants the opportunity to undertake any of the Professional Development Training offered in our portfolio of qualifications at a discounted rate.
ET&C’s Validation of In-house Training for companies is an excellent way to ensure that the highest levels of quality and rigger are woven into your existing training and development programmes and operations. Our process involves undertaking a review of your existing training programmes, material and processes and ensures that stated training objectives and standards are met and processes are adhered to.
This review is also undertaken in conjunction with an evaluation of your organisational staff development policy, procedures and training plan, as a way to ensure that your companies desired staff development function is carried out to move the organisation forward.
The validation service works in conjunction with your delivery team and managers to enable the content, management system and supporting procedures of your existing training and development programmes to be examined and measured against desired outcomes and future requirements. The process ensures that your programmes meet stringent quality requirements, and as such drives through confidence and reassurance with all your in-house training.
Our validation service can be undertaken in simple step-by-step process if needed, we will work with you to develop your policies, procedures and delivery model to ensure the highest levels of quality, all of which will benefit your organisation now and in the future.
